- Do I need a minimum order quantity to open a wholesale account?
- No. Most products — including DTF transfers by size and gang sheets — have no order minimums. Some specialty lines have a 10-unit minimum per spec (noted on each product page). Wholesale account approval is not contingent on a volume commitment.
- How does gang sheet pricing work for wholesale accounts?
- Gang sheet pricing is based on the total square inches of the sheet, same as our standard catalog. Wholesale accounts unlock tiered per-square-inch rates as monthly volume increases. All pricing is transparent and displayed in your account dashboard — no quotes required for standard orders.
- How quickly do wholesale orders ship from your facility?
- Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days from production confirmation. Pro-tier accounts receive priority queue placement with a 1–2 business day target. Enterprise accounts negotiate a custom SLA. Orders ship from Long Island, NY via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking on every shipment.
- What file formats do you accept for wholesale artwork submissions?
- We accept PNG (preferred — transparent background, 300 DPI minimum), PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG. Every file is reviewed by our production team before it goes to press. If there is a file issue, we flag it by email before printing — no surprises on delivery.
- Can I request samples before committing to wholesale orders?
- Yes. Contact us at wholesale@goldendtf.com and we will send a sample pack of our current transfer stock — including standard DTF, UV-DTF, and any specialty lines relevant to your operation. Samples ship from our facility; we charge only for shipping.
